Buy tomorrow's value today.
Bextree is a marketplace for locked Solana assets — buy them at a discount before they unlock, or sell yours early for cash now.
The problem
A lot of real value on Solana is stuck. Tokens vesting on a schedule through Streamflow or Jupiter Lock, liquidity locked inside Orca, Raydium, and Meteora LP positions — it's all worth something today, but the holder can't touch it until it unlocks. If you need cash now, or you just don't want to wait, there's historically been no easy way to sell before the unlock date. And if you're a buyer, there's been no easy way to get in early at a discount either.
What Bextree does
Bextree lets holders auction off the ownership rights to a locked or vesting position instead of waiting it out, and lets buyers bid to take over that position at a discount to what it's worth once it unlocks. Bextree itself never holds or controls the underlying tokens — it runs the auction and the handoff, with escrow and on-chain checks doing the work a middleman would otherwise have to be trusted to do.
Why buyers use it
You're bidding to own something that unlocks later, for less than it's worth today — that gap is your upside. Bidding costs nothing and doesn't lock up your funds; you only pay if you win. LP positions are moved into an on-chain vault before the auction even opens, so once you win, delivery is automatic. Streamflow and Jupiter Lock positions work differently because the seller has to personally hand them over after the auction — so those sellers put down a refundable 5% bond up front, and if they don't deliver, you're refunded in full automatically and keep a share of their forfeited bond.
Why sellers use it
If you're holding tokens that don't unlock for months, Bextree lets you turn that into cash today instead of waiting. You set your reserve price and auction length (anywhere from 6 hours to 7 days), and buyers bid it up from there. Bextree only takes a fee when a sale actually closes — a flat 3% of the sale price standard, deducted from your proceeds, the same rate across LP, Streamflow, and Jupiter Lock positions alike — and never charges anything on a listing that doesn't sell. That rate is discounted to 1.5% during the current public beta, snapshotted onto your listing at publish time.
