Restricted Countries and Regions

Last updated: July 2026

At Bextree, we adhere to international regulations and compliance standards. As such, we must enforce restrictions on the use of our platform by residents of, or individuals currently located in, certain countries and regions. This measure is in line with our commitment to legal compliance and global cooperation.

Countries and Regions with Access Restrictions

The following countries and regions are subject to restrictions:

  • People's Republic of China (encompassing all areas under its jurisdiction).
  • FATF-listed jurisdictions (as specified by the Financial Action Task Force for AML/CFT deficiencies — see the FATF black and grey lists).
  • Sanctioned jurisdictions (including but not limited to Crimea, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and certain regions in Ukraine such as Donetsk and Luhansk).
  • Restricted jurisdictions where decentralized finance applications are prohibited or heavily regulated (including but not limited to Venezuela, Iraq, Yemen, Zimbabwe, Lebanon, Libya, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Belarus, Burma (Myanmar), Central African Republic, Congo, Côte d'Ivoire, Liberia, Mali, Nicaragua, Russia, the United Kingdom, and the United States of America).

This list is subject to change and may be updated to reflect global regulatory shifts. Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with these restrictions.

Usage Prohibition

Individuals who are residents of or currently located in any of the aforementioned countries and regions are prohibited from using Bextree. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Accessing the Bextree platform
  • Conducting any transactions
  • Participating in any services offered by Bextree
